Education

I scored 98.50 on the ATAR. I ranked 4th on the Japanese Extension in 2012. I have a bachelor's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in international studies. I graduated with honors. I majored in international business, Japanese, and law at the University of New South Wales. I attended Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands. There, I took master-level law courses.

Experience

I have more than 7 years of tutoring experience in Japanese, two of which are at a professional tutoring institution. In Japanese, I successfully obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 Certificate in 2014. I participated in the USTEP Special Auditor Exchange Program at the University of Tokyo from 2015-2016. In 2016, I obtained J. Test 872 out of 1,000 points. In 2018, a former student scored 47 out of 50 on the Japanese extension and 94 out of 100 on the Japanese Continuers. I believe tutoring is the best job because you get to see your students improve right before your own eyes. You also grow with your students. Sometimes students are more like friends and family to me.
