Experience
I have two years of industry experience as an accountant, and two years as a maths instructor doing test preparation for the SAT, GMAT, GED, and ACT. I can tutor a number of different subjects, including math to elementary school students, as well as algebra, math at the high school level, and the aforementioned mathematical test preparation. When it comes to testing preparation, I can not only assist you when it comes to studying the material that is on the exam, but also in terms of understanding the format of the exams and the structure of the questions they ask you. Having a familiarity with the style of the exam and the way that they formulate the questions is almost as important as knowing the subject matter itself. Aside from math, I also tutor AP statistics, and financial accounting.
