I want to be a tutor because I realized that by teaching people you are not only helping them, but you can learn something from it. By working in an accounting firm, I was able to learn to apply accounting theories in real life better than others. In addition, I scored High Distinctions for the subjects I tutor, which demonstrates my deep understanding of Accounting for Business Decisions A and B, Economics for Business, and Fundamentals of Business Finance. As a tutor, I work hard to help students gain confidence and amp up their grades. As an accounting student, I worked in an accounting and taxation agency, which allowed me to find incredibly fast ways to achieve High Distinction grades. I can apply these skills to my tutoring sessions. Throughout each session, I can explain concepts, demonstrate their application, and motivate my student as they learn.
