Highly experiences tutor - having tutored 56 students over the past 4 years. I believe a good tutor is someone who cares about their students and is passionate about teaching. Having received an ATAR of 98.7 in 2017 and having been employed an Educator with WCS, I have both lived the challenges of the high school syllabus and found a love for mentoring students, and would love to help you (or your child) gain the understanding, skills and confidence to thrive in their high school studies. I believe that each student learns differently, and have a focus on recognising how students learn and adopting strategies to help each student cover and solidify course material. In 2018 I worked as an OHSC Educator in Primary Schools across Woden, and mentored high school students at Canberra College, Canberra Grammar and Canberra Girls Grammar as an ACT Debating Adjudicator. I also have had specific training to improve my ability to explain concepts to students and create a supportive learning environment. I am currently in my Honours year in Law at the ANU.
