Education

I completed my bachelor's degree in Languages and Literature at the University of Roma Tre in Rome, Italy, in 2016. I graduated with a GPA of 3.85. Some of the main subjects of my course were history, linguistics, sociolinguistics, and philology as well as translation from English to Italian and from Portuguese to Italian.

Experience

I've been working as an ESL teacher for the last two years teaching students of all ages and backgrounds with different needs. I have also completed my CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) training and became a certified ESL teacher. It was such a great achievement for me to be able to complete my training while working full time. I am extremely passionate about languages and linguistics and love my job as a teacher as it enables me to meet and get to know people from all over the world. One of the best parts of tutoring is that I get to help people and teach them something they'll need for their life in Australia. This is not only extremely satisfying, but also rewarding on a personal level. I know how hard it is to learn a new language to the point where you can use it confidently in your everyday life, in your job, and to connect with people. I'm determined to use my knowledge and personal experience to help others achieve their goals in a safe and comfortable environment while having fun.
