Education

I am currently a final year Doctor of Medicine student at the University of Sydney. My undergraduate degree was Bachelor of Electronic and Electrical Engineering (Hons).

Experience

I have a long history of maths and physics tutoring at high school and university level, and have done calculus and applied physics to a third year university level as part of my undergraduate engineering degree. I have always found maths and physics to be enjoyable to teach especially because once students get the principles right, they grow in confidence quickly and discover how useful they are in real-life applications. I believe I am able to help students reach their potential by identifying their present strengths and giving them concrete ways to build on those while working on the less-developed areas in their learning.

Hobbies

I wish to pursue a career in paediatrics as a doctor in the future, mainly because I really enjoy working with children and adolescents. My clinical and life experience has helped me to learn how to communicate with young adults effectively. In my down time, I have a wide range of hobbies from sports to music, which allows me to interact with people of all walks of life.
