Hobbies

My specific research area is eating disorders and cognitive and behavioural therapy. I completed my PhD research on beliefs about food and eating held by individuals who engage in binge eating. I have a keen interest in abnormal, developmental, forensic, and cognitive psychology as well as perception, having worked as a Research Assistant in these fields. Academically, I enjoyed studying social and developmental psychology during my undergraduate degree. I really like APA style and referencing. In my spare time, I like to catch up with friends, play with my cat, garden, do craft, or go for walks.
