Education
I obtained my Certificate as a Spanish Teacher at International House in Madrid in 2011. I earned my Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language in 2013. I also hold a Modern History Diploma and Script-Writing Diploma from Madrid.
Experience
I am a qualified Spanish teacher with experience in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, or ELE, in group and individual classes with adults, adolescents, and children. I have been working as a Spanish teacher in Cape Town, South Africa, for four years and here in Sydney for four months. I also worked at a French high school in Cape Town for some months, as well as spent time helping students from Grade 10 to prepare for various exams. I believe the best way for students to learn is through fun and engaging activities and lessons. I am very passionate about teaching Spanish. I love sharing my culture and interacting with students. I can introduce them to films and music through my sessions as they learn grammar, vocabulary, and more.
