I have a bachelor's degree in Education with a major in English from Federico Villarreal University in Lima, Peru. I also have an International Diploma in Spanish teaching as a foreign or second language from Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru. In addition to this, I have a Certificate in Spanish language teaching as a foreign language from the Instituto Cervantes in Spain.

I am a native Spanish speaker from Latin America with a passion for teaching Spanish and sharing the Hispanic and Latino cultures. I am looking forward to helping you achieve your goal of learning this beautiful language. I had the great opportunity to complete training to become a Spanish for foreign language speakers teacher at Ricardo Palma University in Peru. I gave my best during the 5 months it took which earned me a diploma award for obtaining the highest grade in the class. I have been providing private English and Spanish as foreign languages classes for children, teenagers, and adults since 2-11. I have also worked for the British Peruvian Cultural Association in Lima, Peru as an English teacher to teenagers and adults. My level of English proficiency has been accredited by the University of Oxford (UK) and the University of Michigan (USA). French is my third language and I am certified by the D.E.L.F. French Ministry of Education. I also speak basic Portuguese. Before becoming a teacher I worked for 10 years as a travel agent, tour guide, and team leader running my own travel agency in Lima, Peru. During this time I worked with tourists from different nationalities, local and international students, most of them from the top US universities, business people, families, couples, and diplomats.
