To all students: Hi, I am an experienced tutor with several years up my sleeve. I specialise in working with HSC students, but also have lots of knowledge and experience in tutoring years 7 -10. I believe that tutoring is an essential component in achieving the highest marks possible. Working well in class is the first step to doing well. However, private tutoring provides you with an outlet to voice your concerns, queries and uncover a different approach to learning: one which is specifically and personally tailored to your needs. Having personally achieved an atar mark of 96, with all with all individual subject marks exceeding 90, I am very aware of the pressures that come with doing well in the HSC, and school in general. I have a passion for all of the subjects I teach and a heap of notes which are extremely detailed, as well as essays, reports and responses, all which got band 6's in the HSC and also internally, at a school notorious for tough marking strategies. I work closely with a HSC teacher/board marker and specialist who has over 35 years experience in the industry. I also consult with a child psychologist when developing my teaching strategies: So to, ensure not only the highest results, but also a system which encompasses the least stress and anxiety for you. In the past, my students have achieved exceptional atars: With several of them achieving a place on the coveted NSW state ranking list, and honor roll. For HSC students: I'm a perfectionist and I am extremely fussy with work.
