I have a Masters of Law from University of Sydney, specialising in Corporate law (HD average) Juris Doctor from Bond University with honours LOCATION: SYDNEY CBD / Lower North Shore (but will travel) HOURLY RATE: $75 per hour of face time (negotiable if more than one hour per week and extra if requierd to travel beyond CBD / Lower North Shore)

I practice as a lawyer at a law firm in the Sydney CBD. I specialise in Corporate Advisory law, including shareholder disputes, directors duties, mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets, I have tutored university students previously and I love to help and see aspiring lawyers excell in their studies.
