Microsoft certified since 2005, I also have a Master of Science in Information Technology from the National University of Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. I have a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Experience
Having over 9 years of experience as a university tutor, I can cover user experience (UX) and software design course content such as theoretical concepts like different methods of software design, usability tests methods, and applications such as Axure and Balsamiq mockups. I can help you learn web development with Microsoft SharePoint, HTML5, and CSS3; Windows programming with C# and VB.NET; or Adobe Photoshop. In addition, I offer training with Microsoft Office products. When teaching computer software and information systems, I use systematic methods such as critical thinking. I have prepared teaching syllabuses in the past and can apply gamification to help engage a student. Over the years, I have taken many observations of my students' problems, which I have used to create seven reference books on common Microsoft software.
