Education

I completed the IB Diploma in 2015 at Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College, achieving a level 7 in Maths SL, Biology SL, and Chemistry SL, and a level 6 in French HL. I have achieved my French DELF B2 certificate. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Science degree at The University of Sydney, majoring in cell pathology with a high distinction average (88). I have studied French and Spanish at the university level.

Experience

I have three years of experience as a high school tutor in maths, biology, and French. I am comfortable working with students in grades 5-9 and helping with the International Baccalaureate courses I took as a student, including IB Biology SL and IB Mathematical Studies SL. I understand that all students learn differently, so I change my teaching methods to accommodate my pupil's preferred learning style. For instance, hands-on experiments might be the best way for kinesthetic learners to study biology while flashcards could help visual learners expand their French language lexicon.
