Experience
As classes become more competitive, it is easy to get lost or left behind no matter how hard you work to stay on top. The best cure to this problem is personal attention and someone to answer your questions and concerns that don't get voiced in class. After four years of university-level science classes and countless group/private tutoring sessions, I feel I have an excellent grasp on what it takes to get results. I work with my students to feel comfortable with the material and prepared to tackle anything that is thrown at them. It is invaluable to feel confident when you walk into class and this is what I strive to do. The sciences are often the most dreaded subjects faced in school and the fact that they are my passion, inspires me to want others to enjoy them as well! I make it my personal goal to make the subject more interesting, relevant and understandable. I am aware that every student requires a different teaching style and I enjoy the challenge of finding ways to personalize the material in a way that they are able to connect with.
