Education
In high school, I received the Otto Horacek Award for Languages. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Languages from the University of Sydney. In addition, I completed a language course at the Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, and spent one semester as an exchange student at the University of Cologne, Germany.
Experience
I've studied German and Spanish extensively and have earned high distinctions during my studies. Leading up to becoming a tutor, I have worked with high school and university students and have experience teaching bilingual children (German-English) and primary school age children. I love learning foreign languages and teaching them is also very rewarding and fulfilling to me. As a tutor for over 4 years, I can use my dedication, energy, and patience in helping you reach for specific language learning goals. I can work with people of all ages and am familiar with many different teaching methods, allowing me to assist students at any skill level and work at their pace to help advance to the next level.
