Education
I have earned my Diploma in Classical Studies and my Bachelor of Science in Material Science. I have also taken courses in improv and acting in theater as well as an Italian Diction course.
Experience
I have been tutoring for more than eight years. In particular, I have six years of experience in teaching Italian as a second language. I have tutored year 11 and year 12 students who have then raised their marks from HSC Band 4 to Band 6 for Italian Continuers and from Band E2 to E3 for Italian Extension, over the course of a year. I have also tutored a year 12 student who has achieved third place for Italian Continuers in the HSC Top Achievers in Course 2015. I have also provided private tutoring lessons in Italian grammar and conversation to students where I created the lesson materials, worksheets, and practice quizzes to help the student. I also introduced the student to Italian culture and traditions. I have developed specific learning paths in accordance with the individual needs of my students. I also tutored high school students in Milan in subjects like math, physics, chemistry, English grammar, and Latin grammar and literature.
