BSc Psychology, First Class Honours in Psychology from Macquarie University. Currently studying Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and completing a PhD at the University of Sydney.
Experience
I have tutored university psychology and statistics units at 1st, 2nd and 3rd year level for four years, including theoretical issues in statistics as well as applied statistics using the SPSS program. I myself have completed statistics units throughout my Psychology degree, so I understand both the content and the pressure that so many students feel when it comes to statistics. I can also provide basic feedback on APA style, writing style, and referencing, as well as providing a general edit and proofread of your work. I have worked in Clinical Psychology research for several years, alongside conducting my own research, so I am very comfortable with providing help for specific research questions/analyses. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that I am offering tutoring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year statistics for psychology/other health sciences ONLY. Other disciplines using statistics (such as business, economics, engineering) have different conventions and use different procedures, hence I cannot offer assistance with these. I also do not currently offer tutoring for Honours/4th year level statistics. I do not always have availability so please contact me to enquire regarding availability.
