Worked in two large corporate law firms (King & Wood Mallesons and MinterEllison) as a Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer (specialising in public / equity capital markets). Focused on takeovers, initial public offers, secondary capital raises, corporate governance issues etc. I now run a start-up aimed at helping law students find employment after their studies and would love to keep sharpening my legal skills by tutoring students
