My name is Trung and I completed a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering / Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). I have been placed on the Dean's Honours List for Mechanical Engineering (2013-16) and have also received an award for Mathematics at UNSW (2014 UNSW The Weatherzone Prize in Fluids, Oceans, and Climate). Prior to that, I scored 97 in HSC Mathematics Extension 1 and 2 and 96 in accelerated HSC Mathematics in Year 11. I hold a valid Working with Children Check.
Experience
With knowledge of mathematics at both a high school and university level, and with over seven years of experience as a mathematics tutor, my tutoring service is designed to provide students with a straight-forward and no-nonsense approach to mathematics, allowing them to properly understand how the theory can be applied to each question as opposed to rote learning the solution.
