I earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Newcastle.
Experience
I have 5 years of experience working as an associate professor at the University of Sydney Business School, lecturing in data analytics. I lectured a Ph.D. student in econometrics for a year at the University of Copenhagen. For 7 years, I lectured at the University of Wollongong. There, I lectured in advanced microeconomics, second-year econometrics, first-year mathematical economics, and first-year quantitative methods. I spent 6 months lecturing first-year macroeconomics, first-year mathematical economics, and second-year macroeconomics students at the University of New England. My experience also includes tutoring at the University of New South Wales for two years. During this time, I tutored mathematical economics and business statistics. For 2 years, I tutored at the University of Newcastle in mathematical economics and business statistics, second-year microeconomics, and first-year macroeconomics and microeconomics. I worked as chief economist for Qantas Airways from 2004 to 2011.
